Our products include magnetic bottle openers, silicone heat-resistant gloves, travel dispensers, divided sock organizers, mini ambient night lights, ceramic incense holders, collapsible cups, and pocket phone stands. To protect your rights as a consumer, we have established the following return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully.

I. Preconditions for Returns and Exchanges

All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to our official address at service@mail.seq-shop.com to obtain written approval from seq-shop. Unapproved cancellations or return requests will be denied, and the order will be processed as usual. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC+8:00). Please contact us during these hours for any inquiries, and we will respond promptly.

II. Order Editing and Cancellation Rules

  • You may edit or change order details within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, modifications cannot be made.

  • Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation: Orders placed but with no shipping label created can be canceled with a full refund and no cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created): If the shipping label has been created but not yet shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product’s original price will apply, with the remaining amount refunded.

  • Cancellation After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, you may refuse delivery upon arrival or accept it and then contact us for a return shipping label. A restocking fee of 20% of the product's original price will apply after return and inspection, with the remaining amount refunded.

III. Specific Return Scenarios and Requirements

(A) Cancellation After Package Delivery (Unopened Package)

If you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery, contact us with photo and video evidence of the unopened package. Upon written approval, arrange for the entire package to be returned through the original delivery service at your cost. A restocking fee of 20% of the product’s original price will apply after inspection, with the remaining amount refunded.

(B) Post-Use Cancellation (Non-Quality Reasons)

Within 30 calendar days of delivery, non-quality related returns (e.g., unwanted, wrong size, dislike of product, minor transit damage refusal) require contacting us with photo and video proof showing the product and packaging in original condition for prior authorization. Arrange for the complete package to be returned through the original delivery service at your expense.

Note: No returns are accepted beyond 30 calendar days after delivery. A restocking fee of 25% of the product’s original price will apply after inspection, with the remaining amount refunded.

(C) Product Defects and Minor Stains

Inspect products for defects or minor stains within 14 days of receipt. Report issues immediately via our official email for assistance. Claims made after the 14-day period will be considered caused by usage and will not be eligible for returns.

IV. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable (unless in extreme circumstances, which require written approval):

  • Custom orders
  • Used products
  • Products with visible signs of use

V. Refund Information

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned package is received and inspected. If there is a delay in processing the refund, please contact us via email with relevant documentation, and we will provide an explanation and assistance.

Important Note

Do not directly refuse FedEx/UPS packages. Instead, accept the package and request a return shipping label via our official email. Follow the return process as outlined to ensure your return rights are protected.
