Our products include magnetic bottle openers, silicone heat-resistant gloves, and more. To protect your rights as a consumer, we have established the following return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully.

I. Prerequisites for Returns and Exchanges

1. This policy applies only to customers who purchase our products within the United States. By purchasing our products, you agree to all terms of this policy. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

2. All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to our official address at service@mail.seq-shop.com. Approval in writing is required before processing any returns or exchanges. Unauthorized cancellation or return requests will be denied, and any returned products without approval will be rejected. The costs incurred will be borne by you.

II. Rules for Returns and Exchanges in Different Scenarios

(A) Order Cancellation (Before Receipt)

1. Shipping Label Not Created: You can edit/change your order within 12 hours after placing it. If you choose to cancel directly, we will issue a full refund.

2. Shipping Label Created (Not Shipped): Canceling the order will incur a 10% processing fee of the product's original price. The remaining amount will be refunded.

3. Order Shipped: Once shipped, the package cannot be intercepted. You may refuse delivery when it arrives or accept it and then contact us for a return shipping label. After the package is returned and inspected with no issues, a restocking fee of 20% of the product's original price will apply, with the remaining amount refunded.

(B) Return After Order Delivery

1. Unopened Package: Within 14 calendar days from the delivery completion date, you can request a return by providing photo and video evidence of the unopened package. Upon approval, you must cover the return shipping cost and send the entire package back. After inspection with no issues, a restocking fee of 20% of the product's original price will apply, with the remaining amount refunded.

2. Non-Quality Reasons (Used Products): Within 30 calendar days from the delivery completion date, returns due to personal reasons (including but not limited to no longer wanting, needing, or incorrect size) require written approval. Further details can be obtained by contacting customer service.

III. Handling Product Defects and Stains

Please inspect the products for minor defects or stains within 14 days upon receipt. If any issues are found, contact us promptly via our official email for further assistance. Claims made after the 14-day period will be considered as caused by usage, and after-sales support may not be provided.

1. Shipping Information: Orders with available stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please be patient after placing an order.
